Returns & Exchange

If you are reconsidering your purchase and wish to return or exchange your gear, rest assured. Items bought within 15 days are eligible for return or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, simply go to the footer and click on "return & exchange request." Fill in your order number and email address, ensuring that you adhere to the terms and conditions provided; your request will be processed within 5-7 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be done in 5 days minimum and maximum 7 days. And the refund will be issued in the INCITE WALLET as credits. You can use this wallet credit in your next purchase. care@incitesportswear.com

To qualify for a return, the product should be unworn, unwashed, with the hang tags still attached, in it’s original packaging, and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Please be aware that specific items like bras and shorts are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment card.
